Throughout the years Owner Education has provided wonderful support with helpful information to our WorldMark Owners, in order to get a better understanding of how to make the most out of their Ownership. This is done through many resources including our popular online Conference Calls.

Owner Education caters to all Owners, regardless of location by providing Conference Call Workshops that are hosted online throughout the month. I’m excited to share with you the great benefits of each Conference call session including our latest session: ‘Wyndham Rewards’.

The first Online Session is ‘New Owner Getting You Started’. This session is recommended for new Owners to help get them started with their Ownership and learn how it all works, however it is not only a great help for the newbies; it is also a great refresher for the Owners who have been with us for years who  would like an update, especially with any changes to the Club, as it is important to always stay updated as often as you can.

This session will cover:

  • Introduction to WorldMark South Pacific Club Vacation Ownership
  • WorldMark South Pacific Club & Associate Resort Information – (one by one you are shown beautiful mages and a description of each resort that are available to you within the South Pacific Club!
  • How to use your Annual Vacation Credits – learn how to save and borrow your vacation Credits
  • Basic Club guidelines and booking windows – this section has some great tips!
  • Basic login & website navigation – learn how to work the WorldMark SP website
  • Discover our last-minute cash options including Grab It deals
  • View all the resources available which make using your Ownership a breeze; including the latest 2017-2018 Resort Guide!

After you have attended this session and learnt all the great things about your Club (including any hints and tips), you will receive an Owner Education Workshop Booklet that you can print out or save to your computer and refer back to it, as it will has everything that is covered during the call but in a nut shell. You will become a pro in no time and ready to enjoy your holidays!

The second session is Travel Club, RCI & ICE.If you are looking to travel overseas, then this session is perfect for you.

This session will cover:

  • How to make reservations with WorldMark, The Club
  • Services of the Travel Club by Wyndham (your travel experts who are based on the Gold Coast) including hot deals using Credits or cash plus amazing Club Tours
  • Understand how to book overseas holidays with RCI – our exchange partner.
  • Take a closer look at ICE membership cruise benefits using Credits or cash plus 241 certificates


You will definitely be itching to book your next overseas holiday after you have attended this online session!

The third session is ‘Understanding Privileges by Wyndham’.  As a Privileges by Wyndham member (or if you are a Premier Owner looking at opting into Privileges) this is a fantastic session to understand your entitlements and explore other membership benefits.

This session will cover:

  • What is Privileges by Wyndham & each Privileges membership tier
  • Benefits associated with each Privileges membership tier – you will see a breakdown of each benefit
  • Complimentary memberships such as RCI, ICE, Wyndham Rewards, Golfers Plus and more
  • Additional resort locations
  • Additional resort benefits
  • Additional discounts such as Travel insurance and One time Credits
  • Travel Club and Reservations benefits

Once you have a better understanding towards your Ownership and the Privileges by Wyndham program and membership benefits, you will find making the most out of your Privileges membership is easier than ever before.

The forth session is our brand new ‘Wyndham Rewards’ and it launches on the 28th of December 2016 at 6:30pm AEST. Wyndham Rewards is the world’s largest hotel rewards program based on the number of participating hotels and is offered exclusively by Wyndham Hotel Group. Due to the success of the additional membership to our Privileges by Wyndham members (in case you were wondering, all Privileges by Wyndham Members are automatically enrolled into the Wyndham Rewards program) we are so thrilled to have an online conference call dedicated to Wyndham Rewards!

This session will cover:

  • What is Wyndham Rewards
  • How to Earn Wyndham Rewards Points
  • How to Redeem Wyndham Rewards Points (i.e. hotel stays, car rentals, gift cards, levies and more)
  • Exchange Program -where Privileges Elite members and above can exchange their Annual Vacation Credits for Wyndham Rewards points

This session is recommended for Owners who have a Wyndham Rewards Membership and are looking to expand their knowledge and travel further.

So how do you book a conference call?

There are 2 ways:

1: Contact Us  

  • You can contact Owner Services on 1800 850 160 who can assist you with booking your session
  • You can email also contact Owner Education by email


2: Online

  • Simply book online  via the WorldMarkSP website:
  • Select your session from the dropdown menu
  • Fill out your details i.e. first and surname, email, contact number and don’t forget your Owner number!
  • Click ‘Submit’ and you’re done!

Once booked into a session, you will receive a booking confirmation email. Prior to the session, you will receive a reminder email and log-in instructions followed by a phone call to confirm your attendance and to ensure you are ready for the call and to assist with the login if needed
