It’s Vanessa here, your friendly and local Owner Education consultant. Over the next few months we will be giving you – our WorldMark Owners – a special insight into our amazing online conference call sessions and education topics and the benefits -of attending a session.

But first, let me introduce to you the rest of my team! I’d like you to meet your Owner Education Consultants starting from the left is Faye, Vicki is in the middle and that’s me on the right!

Let’s begin with the benefits of attending an Owner education online conference call.


Our online conference calls are interactive and very informative – you would be surprised how much useful information and helpful tips we cover in an hour! As a WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham Owner you will be speaking directly with an expert i.e. any of us you see above! You will have the ability to ask questions as you go through or type it in the Q&A box which is a great option if you don’t have audio or if you prefer to type questions through to us. You will have the ability to listen to other Owners and hear their WorldMark stories. You may also, depending on the session topic, be shown the relevant  websites through a quick live navigation at the end of the session including; WorldMark South Pacific, Privileges by Wyndham, RCI or Wyndham Rewards. We are always happy to help wherever we can.

There are currently four online conference call topics to choose from and the first we have is called “New Owner Getting You Started” which is what I am going to focus on telling you about today. This session is designed for new WorldMark Owners, but of course we welcome every Owner!  For those Owners who have been with us for some time – it’s a great refresher to brush up on your knowledge and be updated on what’s new and available in your Club.

What to expect prior to the session?

In this session you will gain an introduction to WorldMark South Pacific Club Vacation Ownership, your Owner Education Consultant will explain how to use Annual Vacation Credits and cover the basic Club guidelines and booking windows. We will show you the basic login process and website navigation step by step to get you logged in to your WorldMark Account with ease and ready to explore. We will also show you how to make an online booking and provide you with helpful tips along the way. Who doesn’t love a great deal? With last-minute cash options and Grab It deals you wouldn’t want to miss out these fantastic discounted options including the choice of using cash or your Vacation Credits! We will show you just how great they are. Last but not least, your education expert will give you a resort tour through the WorldMark South Pacific Club and Associate resorts that are available to you – our WorldMark Owners.

What happens after the session is finished?

After you have attended an online conference call session you will be sent a thank you email with a short survey to fill out with your feedback about the session – we love hearing from you and really appreciate any comments to help us make your experience a better one. Attached to the email will be a PDF document (depending on the topic – as each session is tailored) in this particular session you will receive an Owner Education Workshop Booklet which has everything that was covered in the session basically in a nut shell! This is a great little information booklet we have put together to ensure you can take something away with you and refer back to whenever you need to.

Tip: Feel free to print it or save it to your computer!

How do you book?

If you are a brand new WorldMark Owner you would have received a warm welcome phone call from our New Owner Services team who will firstly run through your WorldMark Ownership and register your details ensuring you are all good to go before offering to book you into your first online conference call.   

If you wish to book yourself online, simply visit www.worldmarksp.com/conferencecalls and fill out your WorldMark Owner details in the booking form (as shown below). Please note it is important to ensure your details are correct in order to receive the login instructions (this will be sent prior to the session to the email address you provided in the booking form) followed by a pre-call to the number you provided in the booking form. The pre-call is a great way for us to check that you are all ready to go after reading the login instructions, and to answer any questions you may have regarding logging into the session.  The best thing about your online conference calls is that you can attend as many times as you like!

Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation email to your email address as this automatically books you into the online conference call.

The confirmation email will include:

  • Online conference call date and time (the time of the session will be in AEST as we are based in QLD).
  • Information on the online conference call and what the session will cover.
  • Technical requirements for the online conference call. i.e. pop up blockers, devices to use and browser suitability.
  • Simple steps on how to get connected successfully (a link will be provided for you to click on as this will open up the online webinar). TIP: it is always a good idea to test out the link and follow the steps before you log in prior to the session to ensure you don’t have any issues and be ready to begin on time.
  • Cancelling the online conference call

Note:  Please reply to the email provided to you when you receive the reminder or log in instructions or email owner.education@wyn.com if you have any questions or wish to cancel. We will give you the opportunity to reschedule.

Once you have logged in and your host welcomes you – all you need to do is sit back, watch, listen and relax – feel free to take some notes as you will hear some great hints and tips along the way! If the session hasn’t began and you still have some time before it starts, go and grab yourself a cuppa or a glass of wine and get comfortable.

Remember: We can’t see you so if you are sitting there in your pajamas we will never know!
